Day 2/3
I worked yesterday so I didn’t get a chance to do my plyo circuit, so to compensate I did it with a weight vest and I’m skipping my cardio recovery, because well…all I did was sit around work yesterday so that was recovery enough. But with that circuit so far, I’m loving this.
